We maintain strict quality standards across every formulation. Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered.
However, in specific situations, we do offer replacements.

• You receive a damaged product
• You receive the wrong product
• The product is expired upon delivery
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• We do not accept returns based on personal preference or results
Our formulations are designed with intention — and we encourage consistent use to experience visible refinement.
Once your request is approved, our team will initiate a replacement. You may be asked to share additional details for verification.
We do not accept returns or replacements for used products, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on individual results.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
